Real estate is hyperlocal. I focus on the neighborhoods I know block by block — the schools, the trails, the coffee, the catch. Pick one to see every episode I've filmed there.
The host I started filming neighborhood videos because the same conversations kept happening on listing appointments. "What's it like to live here? What are the schools like? Where do people walk their dogs?" The answers don't fit in an MLS description, and I wanted to give all my clients the best information possible. So I started recording. Then I started publishing. Now most weeks the videos do the introductions for me — a buyer in Virginia or California finds an episode, watches three more, and emails before they ever pick up the phone. I'm a broker with The Principal Team at Metro Brokers. We've closed over 400 transactions and $300M+ in real estate since 2018. Most of our clients are repeat or referral, which is extremely satisfying.
